Greenridge Estates is located on the outskirts of the sprawling Mountain Park neighborhood of Lake Oswego. The initial development of Mountain Park began in 1968, spearheaded by landscaper Carl Halvorson. Halvorson's vision was a community in harmony with nature, which is a perfect description of our neighborhood. Greenridge Estates was one of the first businesses that broke ground in Mountain Park, back when there was hardly a tree in sight (see the photo to the left)!
