If you provide your mobile phone number to us, you may receive text messages from Greenridge Estates related to tour scheduling, inquiry follow-up, community updates, events, and promotional offers (“Messages”). Please review the following terms carefully.

• By submitting your mobile phone number through the Site, a form, or otherwise providing it to us for texting purposes, you consent to receive Messages from Greenridge Estates at that number, including Messages sent using automated technology.
